CHAPTER 6: ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

SECTION 6.1 PAYMENT TERMS

6.1.1 The www.TheCoffeeStart.com Website may sell to Users and Users may purchase various Products from the Website electronically.

6.1.2 The website conducts trade with its Buyers in The United States Dollars.

6.1.3 The price of the Product sold on the website does not include the cost of delivery of the Product, which is added to the price of the Product as a surcharge. To purchase the Product, the Buyer must pay for the Product and Product shipping together.

6.1.4 The cost of product delivery is calculated using a special algorithm, based on the product’s weight, quantity and delivery distance.

6.1.5 For e-commerce, the Website provides Buyers with payment systems “PayPal” and “STRIPE”.

6.1.6 The Buyer can pay for the Products with the “STRIPE” system using his bank debit or credit card directly in the Cyber Domain of the Website.

6.1.7 To pay for Products with “PayPal” system, the Buyer can pay using his/her appropriate electronic wallet by transferring to the Cyber Domain of the appropriate system.

6.1.8 In case of payment with both “PayPal” and “STRIPE” systems, the payment is made in cash. The site does not provide credit to Buyers.

6.1.9 After the payment transaction for the Products complete, the Buyer receives an electronic payment confirmation receipt.

 

SECTION 6.2 DELIVERY TERMS

6.2.1 The Website delivers the purchased Products only after confirmation of the payment made for the Product by “PayPal” or “STRIPE” systems.

6.2.2 When the Site delivers the Products, the Buyer receives a Delivery Notification via e-mail or mobile “SMS” message.

6.2.3 The Site offers Buyers Standard USPS Shipping thrue 48 US States.

6.2.4 As the Website outsources its delivery services, once purchased Products shipped from the Website site and are given to the USPS with corresponding tracking number, Website can not guarantee the safety and quality of shipping and handling of the Products.

6.2.5 In case of lost or damage of the Products because of the USPS the Website will compensate the Buyer by sending another sample of the purchased Products or by refunding money back to the Buyer.

 

SECTION 6.3 RETURN POLICY

6.3.1 According to “California Consumer Return Policy”, Buyers can return to the Site the purchased Products within 30 days after purchase date.

6.3.2 The Buyer may return the purchased Product to the Site if the Product delivered to the Buyer by the Site does not correspond to the purchased Product (wrongly delivered Product), if the actual Product Data is significantly different from the Product Data presented on the Site, if the Product was delivered to the Buyer in a damaged condition, which affects the technical characteristics and / or aesthetics of the Product and makes the usege of the Product inconvenient or undesirable, if the Product expiration date was passed and if the Buyer does not like the purchased Product.

6.3.3 In case of the need to return the Product caused by the fault of the Website, the Buyer must prove the fact of the Website’s fault, the fact that he is the Buyer and must deliver the Product to the representative of the Website at his own expense. Buyer’s transportation costs for product return are not reimbursed by the Site.

6.3.4 In case of the need to return the Product caused by the Site’s fault, the Buyer may request from the Site the amount paid for the Product and for the Shipping, replace the Product with a similar new Product or another equivalent Product.

6.3.5 In case of need to return the Product caused by the fault of the Website, the Website is obliged to accept the returned Product.

6.3.6 In the event when the Buyer does not like the Product, when returning the Product, the Buyer must deliver the Product to the Website representative at his own expense and prove that he is a Buyer. In this case, the Buyer’s transportation costs are not reimbursed by the Site.

6.3.7 When returning the Product if the Buyer does not like the Product, the Buyer is obliged to return the Product to the Website representative in the original factory packaging without using or damaging the Product.

6.3.8 In case of return of the Product if the Buyer does not like it, the Site has the right not to accept the returned Product if the Product was used and the original packaging and seal was broken.
