INGREDIENTS:

Drip Coffee: 220 ml;

Raw Cane Sugar: 10 gr;

Cinnamon: 1-2 pieces;

 Equipment: Drip Coffee Maker, Kettle, Ceramic Cup, Wooden Spoon

PREPARATION:

1) Prepare Drip Coffee in advance;

2) Pour sugar and cinnamon into the kettle;

3) Boil the mixture until the sugar melts completely;

4) Add the coffee to the resulting caramel and mix;

5) Pour the obtained coffee into the cup;

6) Enjoy.

TIPS:

– Use good quality coffee beans for the best flavor.

– If you don’t have raw cane sugar at the hand you can still use regular white sugar and enjoy your favorite drink but the result will be slightly different.

– If you add more or less cinnamon it will enhance or weaken the taste and aroma of the final drink.
