INGREDIENTS:

Black Tea: 2 Portions (2 Bags)

Whipped Milk: 180 ml (3/4 Cups)

Honey: 1-1․5 Table Spoons

Cinnamon: 1 Piece

Annis: 1-2 Pieces

Carnation: 3-5 Heads

 Equipment: Glass Cup, Spoon

PREPARATION:

1) Prepare tea concentrate by steeping 2 tea bags in 60 ml (1/4 cup) of boiling water;

2) Steep 5-6 minutes;

3) Add honey and mix;

4) First stir the milk until it foams well;

5) Add the milk to the tea;

6) Add cinnamon, anise and cloves;

7) Mix the obtained mass;

8) Enjoy.

TIPS:

– Use high quality Black Tea Leafs for the best flavor.

– For a richer flavor, use whole milk for steaming. You can also use skim milk, non-dairy milk, or a combination of milk and cream.

– If you don’t have a milk frothier, you can heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk vigorously to create foam.
