INGREDIENTS:
Instant Coffee: 1 Table Spoon
Sugar: 1 Table Spoon
Milk: 1/3 Cup
Equipment: Milk Frothier, Glass Cup, Spoon
PREPARATION:
1) Pour 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of boiling water into a cup;
2) Beat until a solid, light brown mass like meringue is obtained;
3) Beat 1/3 cup of milk with a mixer until the frothed milk becomes 1/2 cup size;
4) Fill half of the glass with ice;
5) Add the whipped milk to the glass;
6) Add the whipped coffee to the milk;
7) Mix the obtained mixture a little with a spoon;
8) Enjoy.
TIPS:
– Use good quality coffee beans for the best flavor.
– For a richer flavor, use whole milk for whipping. You can also use skim milk, non-dairy milk, or a combination of milk and cream.
– If you don’t have a milk frothier, you can whisk the milk manually vigorously to create foam.
